Everyone that knows of me, knows Michigan is the place I call home so when I received the alarming new our primary election results had been posted I had to take action.

I took the liberty of calling my Michigan representatives, pleasantly surprised to get through with all phone calls Tim Walburg and Fred Upton, took the matter very seriously. We were able to contact the local Kalamazoo channel wwmt.com and they apologized explaining it was a mistake that it posted they were running tests for the elections taking place next week. They will be making a public statement at 5:30pm today in regards to this on air.
That’s fine and dandy however, where does this leave our election integrity? It’s illegal to post something of this sort before an election as studies have found posting “winners” can sway the election results. I cannot and will not leave this alone. So I contacted Matt Deperno, PLLC, some of you may have heard of him as he’s running for Michigan Attorney General, he’s also the number one lawyer working on election integrity since the 2020 elections for Michigan.
I will update as more conversation happens behind the scenes. I will not let another election go unchecked. Check back to stay updated!
Update: wwmt.com issued a statement saying it was human error, but left us with more questions then it did answers, they said they test their systems with Associated Press
Update: 7/26 Fox 17 also out of the kalamazoo area now made the same “mistake” posting the election results.

I am still pushing locally to get to the bottom of this trying to contact any and all people I can. I do not how we go forward with midterm elections.
